The team helps major organizations modernize their applications, speed up software delivery, and bring responsible AI practices into every stage of the development lifecycle. In this full-time role, you will blend hands-on technical leadership with people management and client delivery, leading development workstreams, shaping architecture and engineering decisions, and mentoring developers as clients adopt modern, AI-accelerated ways of building software.Responsibilities Lead software delivery workstreams for custom applications, cloud-native platforms, integrations, APIs, and modernization programsProvide hands-on technical direction across design, development, testing, deployment, and production readinessTranslate business needs into practical technical solutions, delivery plans, estimates, and team backlogsReview architecture, code, test strategies, release plans, and technical deliverablesCoach and mentor senior consultants and consultants on engineering practices, technical problem solving, and client deliveryGuide teams in using AI-assisted engineering responsibly across requirements, design, coding, testing, documentation, and supportCollaborate with project managers, architects, product owners, designers, data teams, security teams, and client stakeholdersSupport proposal development, solution shaping, estimation, and statements of workIdentify technical risks and drive mitigation plans with the team and client stakeholders Requirements 7+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering software solutionsExperience leading developers or technical delivery workstreams in consulting, enterprise,



or product environmentsStrong development experience with C# and. NET, plus one or more modern languages or frameworks such as Java, Java Script/Type Script, or PythonExperience designing and delivering solutions on Microsoft Azure, including application, integration, data, Dev Ops, or cloud-native servicesKnowledge of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture, integration patterns, databases, and secure development practicesExperience with Dev Ops, CI/CD, automated testing, version control, observability, and release managementStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to business and technical audiencesEntrepreneurial spirit, a robust sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentWritten and oral fluency in both French and EnglishUniversity degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceApplications must include a resume and cover letter Nice to Haves Experience with Next.Js would be a plusFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools, Gen AI patterns, prompt engineering for delivery tasks, or AI-accelerated SDLC practices is considered an asset Benefits Compensation listed on the posting is for base salary.
