The Tower Rigging Lead (Forman / Forewoman) supervises and directs the daily management of several stakeholders on their assigned worksites. Their mandate is to install equipment (radios, lines, antennas, etc.) and structures for mobile telecommunications (cellular telephony) with the personnel under their supervision, ensuring adherence to priorities established with the Site Manager and Project Manager. They ensure the effective and efficient coordination and distribution of tasks to the various stakeholders. Work may be carried out on pylons (towers), rooftops, and in industrial or commercial buildings.The candidate must have experience managing personnel as a Tower Rigging Lead (Forman / Forewoman), perform the required work and possess the necessary skills to read and interpret plans.Work ScheduleBe available from Monday to Friday (with the possibility of 10 consecutive days) to performwork.Work LocationVarious tower sites across the MaritimesThe successful candidate must reside in Recent Brunswick, near Moncton, to facilitate travel and work scheduling.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and direct the management of the construction sites assigned to him/her; Assisting otherworkers on his/her team with various tasks, such as the following; Installation ofequipment (radios, lines, antennas,
