Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee third-party procurement portals for real-time invoice statuses
• Detect and resolve payment discrepancies in customer portals
• Update management on the status of overdue accounts




• Make outbound calls to accounts over 90 days old
• Serve as a liaison with Municipal accounts on payment status
Requirements:
