Key Responsibilities: Represent FedEx Canada professionally during customer interactions
Select, inspect, scan, and report assigned packages
Maintain package security, paperwork accuracy, and proper labelling
Inform sales about customer leads and market changes
Load, unload, sort, or scan packages as needed
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent
Customer orientation and courteous service approach
No experience required; customer service experience preferred
Full G driver’s license and compliant driving record
Availability for versatile days and hours
