St Vincent de Paul Society in Victoria is seeking a Community Support Worker to join the Frederic Ozanam Centre in the Community Inclusion Program for adults with diverse abilities.You will work with a dedicated team assisting participants with daily living activities, providing supportive mentorship, medication administration, and participation in activities to promote independence and wellbeing.
