This role is responsible for overseeing all grocery retail functions including fresh departments, center store, front-end operations, inventory control, staffing, and financial performance.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong grocery retail experience who can drive operational excellence, maximize profitability, and deliver an outstanding shopping experience.Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of all grocery departments including Produce, Meat, Dairy, Deli, Bakery, Frozen, Dry Grocery, Non-Food, and Front-EndLead and manage department managers and a large team (100+ employees)Drive sales growth, gross margin, and overall store profitabilityMonitor shrink, waste control, and inventory turnoverEnsure food safety, sanitation, and compliance with all regulatory standardsDevelop staffing plans, scheduling, and labor cost control strategiesMaintain high merchandising standards and promotional executionAnalyze sales reports, KPIs,
