This full time Business Operations Coordinator supports the Operations department and reports to the Vice President, Operational Services. The role coordinates office administration, vendors, property documentation, operational tracking, and administrative follow-through. It also works collaboratively with Human Resources and other departments on operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain records, trackers, contracts, warranties, forms, and vendor documentation
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, materials, and action tracking
Prepare dashboards, reports, approval packages, and project documentation
Track lease renewals, expiries, notices,



and property requirements
Coordinate supplies, office moves, access cards, and workstation setup
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent relevant experience
Approximately three years of progressive coordination or administration experience
Experience coordinating vendors, workstations, office moves, or access
Experience maintaining records and meeting follow-up documentation
Solid organizational skills managing priorities and deadlines
