Movement Search and Delivery is partnering with a multinational manufacturing company in the Brampton, ON area to identify and evaluate a Plant Controller.On-Site / Hybrid / Remote: On-SiteSalary Goals: $120k-$135k + 10% bonusAbout the Role: I’m partnering with a growing manufacturing organization on a key Plant Controller prospect supporting the financial operations of a major manufacturing facility.This is a high-impact plant finance role partnering closely with plant leadership and corporate finance to drive financial performance, improve operational efficiency, and provide clear insight into the business. The Controller will have significant visibility into plant operations and play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, cost management, and strategic decision-making.Key areas of responsibility: Oversee plant financial reporting, month-end close, and financial statement accuracyAnalyze financial results and provide clear explanations of key variances and operational driversLead budgeting, forecasting,
