This permanent, full time role builds programs, evaluates risks, investigates incidents, and supports safety standards across manufacturing and construction contexts.Key Responsibilities: Develop and continuously improve Stelumar’s Health and Safety ProgramConduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and factory condition monitoringInvestigate incidents, injuries, near misses, and root causesImplement machine guarding and lockout/tagout programsManage safety committees, SDS, WSIB claims,
