Sunrise Senior Living in Canada is seeking a Wellness Nurse (LPN/LVN) to support resident health, monitor care needs and ensure secure medication practices and clinical compliance.
You will conduct wellness assessments, monitor health changes, participate in MAR/TAR audits, and collaborate with families, physicians and care teams to maintain high-quality care. This is a full time, in office role with competitive pay and ongoing training.
