Reporting to the Director, Campus Services, this Custodial Supervisor oversees full-time and casual student employees. The work spans academic-year operations and conference and event season. Responsibilities include cleaning, housekeeping, scheduling, work orders, event set-ups, supplies, equipment, and service coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise custodial and housekeeping staff across University facilities
- Organize, train, and participate in custodial operations
- Prepare schedules within approved budgets and operational requirements
- Coordinate event cleaning, furniture set-ups, and accommodation needs
- Maintain equipment, supplies,



inventories, and purchase documentation

Requirements:

- Five or more years of cleaning, housekeeping, or custodial experience
- Three years of supervisory experience engaging staff and maintaining standards
- Three or more years using commercial cleaning equipment
- Competence in Microsoft Office and familiarity with database software
- Understanding of Redeemer University’s mission, values, and Reformed Christian identity
