Coordinate facility repairs, preventive maintenance, and safety support for Legacy Co-op while working with contractors, managers, and internal customers. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and Asset & Protection Manager, this full-time position supports Legacy Co-op facilities and assets. The work includes Limble requests, contracted services, maintenance programs, legislation, and bylaws. It also supports renovation projects. Key Responsibilities: Arrange facility installation, repair, and maintenance activities Coordinate contracted services, timelines, and required repairs Document and prioritize preventive maintenance for all assets Respond to Limble work requests in a timely manner Support renovation project design and construction activities Requirements: Grade 12 certificate Valid Class 5 license maintained throughout employment Two years’ facility or equipment maintenance administration experience Occupational Health and Safety, WHMIS, CPR, and First Aid credentials Robust organizational, communication, problem-solving, and scheduling abilities Bring maintenance administration, contractor coordination, and safety experience to Legacy Co-op’s facility and asset programs. #J-18808-Ljbffr
