Gucci seeks a Senior Operations Controller with inventory management and operational governance expertise to support luxury store service and daily execution.
This senior retail operations position supports management across operations, inventory integrity, compliance, facilities, and stockroom troubleshooting. You will oversee merchandise movement, maintain accurate inventory, and help enable exceptional client experiences. The role requires analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee shipping and receiving processes and resolve reported issues
Execute transfers, returns, damages, and merchandise movement procedures
Manage cycle counts, scheduled inventories, and reconciliations
Process repairs and damages according to Gucci guidelines




Support selling processes and maintain boutique operations
Requirements: Three or more years of senior retail operations experience
Solid analytical, organizational, and inventory management skills
Knowledge of stock control procedures and inventory software
High ethics, professionalism, integrity, and trustworthy teamwork
Flexibility for wide-ranging hours, weekends, and holidays
