This role will run and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta while continuously improving the landing pages and funnel that convert that traffic into qualified leads. We are open to a single specialist who covers both disciplines, or an agency that runs them as one accountable engagement — genuine depth in both is what matters, not a single generalist stretched th in. This is a time-sensitive, high-visibility engagement, so we're prioritizing a proven track record over potential.What You'll Be Doing:Plan, launch, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, including keyword/audience strategy, bidding, budget management, retargeting, and displayOwn conversion tracking and analytics: GA4, pixels, and server-side conversion tracking, optimizing to cost per qualified lead rather than clicks or impressionsDesign and continuously improve landing pages and funnel flow, including page design and conversion-focused copywritingRun a disciplined A/B testing program against a transparent, sound methodology to lift funnel conversion over timeWrite and adapt copy that meets the trust, disclosure,
