This role is client-facing.As an Intermediate or Senior Mechanical Estimator, you will prepare estimates throughout project lifecycles and phasing. Your work spans hard-bid, construction management, design-build, and stipulated-price submissions. You will coordinate mechanical scopes with architectural, civil, structural, and electrical estimators while supporting subcontractor buyout.Key Responsibilities: Prepare pre-construction estimates, budgets, and guaranteed maximum price submissionsComplete quantity take-offs for labor, equipment, and materialsReview drawings, tender documents, contracts,
