Process financial transactions and recommend banking solutions as a Customer Experience Associate with TD Canada Trust in L’Assomption, Quebec.

This position supports TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking business at the branch frontline. You will understand customer needs, provide information and advice, and create positive experiences through accurate service. The role requires a high school diploma or relevant experience, customer experience skills, and MS Office knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Determine customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities when necessary
Promote banking solutions and complete processes promptly




Advise customers clearly on banking solutions and processes

Requirements:
High school diploma and/or one-plus years of relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Solid administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous, accurate, and effective communication abilities

Support TD customers in L’Assomption through accurate transactions, thoughtful advice, and robust customer experience skills.
