Pacific Academy seeks a PACE Athletics Coordinator reporting to the PACE Director. The position develops and administers after-school programming while supporting athletic ability, confidence, character, and enjoyment. Responsibilities require program coordination, scheduling, registration management, and collaboration with coaches, volunteers, families, and school personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and evaluate PACE Athletics programming
Recruit, coordinate, interview, and support coaches and volunteers
Develop seasonal schedules with school and athletics personnel
Coordinate practices, games, facilities,



equipment, and transportation
Manage registrations, rosters, budgets, and sport organization requirements

Requirements:
Experience in athletics, coaching, or program coordination
Solid organizational, administrative, computer, and communication skills
Understanding of school-aged athletes’ developmental needs
Ability to manage multiple programs and schedules
