Our client, a leading international law firm, is looking to add a Mergers & Acquisitions lawyer to its Montreal team.This opportunity is ideal for a transactional lawyer looking to work on complex and strategic matters for a sophisticated client base that includes corporations, institutional investors and entrepreneurs, both in Canada and internationally.The RoleYou will be involved in all stages of M&A transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions of businesses, strategic investments and various corporate transactions.You will have the opportunity to: Participate in transactions involving private and public companiesDraft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements as well as various transactional documentsAssist with transaction structuring and due diligenceDraft and negotiate shareholder agreements, investment agreements and other commercial agreementsAdvise clients on legal and commercial matters related to their transactionsCollaborate with specialized teams, including tax,
