The ideal candidate will have a solid background in credit analysis and deal execution.



You will play a pivotal role in leading high-profile transactions and contributing directly to the team's success and market presence.AccountabilitiesTransaction Structuring Collaborate with Corporate bankers and Investment Banking teams to assist in the origination of new syndication opportunities.Responsible for the due diligence process, conduct in-depth credit analysis, and develop complex financial models to support financing structures.Manage the structuring, negotiation, and pricing of existing syndicated loan facilities, and collaborate with the Vice President and Executive Director of Loan Syndications on prospective deals, to meet client needs while optimizing for successful syndication and market reception. Execution & Syndication Responsible for the preparation of high-quality marketing materials, including Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), lender presentations, and financial models for potential investors.Collaborate with the Vice President and Executive Director of Loan Syndications to develop and execute syndication strategies, identifying and engaging with potential syndicate partners.Together with the Vice President or Executive Director (for new transactions), manage the "book-building" process, track lender interest, and provide strategic recommendations on allocation and pricing.Independently, or in collaboration with the Vice President, host
