Drive SAP-enabled materials management at Trench Canada in Scarborough, overseeing inventory accuracy, warehouse processes, and team performance.

This senior, full time Warehouse Supervisor position leads logistics and materials management employees in a manufacturing setting. The work spans SAP inventory records, receiving, shipping, staging, storage, picking, and physical counts. You will guide digital transformation, warehouse layout, barcode training, and procedures while maintaining compliance with safety and handling requirements. Rotating day, afternoon, overnight, and weekend shifts may be required according to operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise materials management digitization and SAP user support
Design productive storage layouts, racking, fencing, labeling, and staging
Develop receiving, staging,



shipping, and warehouse procedures
Reconcile physical inventory with system data and reports
Train personnel in SAP digitization and barcode processes

Requirements:
Five years’ manufacturing materials management or logistics experience
SAP MM, WM, and IM module experience is required
Warehouse Management Systems experience considered an asset
Experience implementing warehouse layouts and procedures
Advanced Excel, analytical, and financial reporting capabilities
