This experienced Legal Counsel role focuses on corporate law within an established legal department. You will advise on commercial agreements, compliance, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements
Advise on mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions

Requirements:
Recognized LLB or equivalent law degree
South African attorney or advocate admission
