The full time Asset Protection Partner works with store Leadership to reduce shortage and maintain operational controls. Responsibilities include CCTV monitoring, theft deterrence, incident reporting, audits, training, and inventory support. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct sales-floor and CCTV surveillance to deter external theft
Prepare theft, recovery, accident, and audit reports
Maintain relationships with law enforcement and mall security
Provide loss prevention training for current and continuing employees




Complete self-audits, safety inspections, and inventory preparation

Requirements:
One year of retail asset protection experience
Maintain required provincial or local licensing
Robust written, verbal, interviewing, listening, and interpersonal skills
High School graduate or equivalent
