This Project Manager will oversee large-scale high-rise residential projects from pre-construction through completion. Responsibilities include financial forecasting, cost control, procurement, contract administration, and change management. The role also requires stakeholder coordination, team leadership, and project closeout management. Key Responsibilities:

Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related discipline 8+ years managing high-rise residential or mixed-use construction projects Record delivering complex projects on time and within budget Knowledge of scheduling, procurement, contract administration, and risk management Leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Bring high-rise construction leadership, financial control, and stakeholder management expertise to complex residential developments across Ontario.
