You'll report to Amitava Roy, Chief Estimator, and work in our Vaughan office, Monday to Friday, 7 a.M. to 4 p.M. This is a current position, not an existing vacancy.What you'll do Prepare estimates of labour and material costsPrepare elemental estimates (Classes B, C and D)Carry out quantity take-offsAnalyze tenders and recommend awardsKeep a directory of suppliers and trade contractors up to dateWork with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes to cost estimatesThe work you'll price Commercial, industrial and institutional projects, including public tendersMulti-residential and condominium workUnder general contracting and design-buildCertificates and memberships An asset: Gold Seal certification, or membership in CIQS or the Professional Corporation for EstimatorsPay $90,000 to $135,000 per year, based on experience, plus bonusParamedical services coverageBonus#J-18808-Ljbffr
