Clio’s AI team develops solutions helping legal specialists work more efficiently. You will create machine learning models, LLM-based solutions, and ML-driven features while collaborating with engineering, product management, operations, and data science. The work spans structured and unstructured data, agentic workflows, and multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop advanced models using structured and unstructured data
Create LLM-based solutions for Clio clients
Identify ML-driven features with cross-functional teams




Work alongside MLOps engineers and full-stack developers

Requirements:
Hands-on traditional machine learning, NLP, and transformer experience
Data manipulation, cleaning, and preprocessing proficiency
Experience with agentic frameworks and workflows
Open-source models and commercial LLM API experience
Portfolio demonstrating machine learning projects and growth
