As a Temporary Customer Care Representative, you will support accounts under 60 days delinquent. Reporting to the Manager, Debt Recovery, you will help customers find solutions and maintain valuable standing. This first-party collections position involves payment arrangements, account updates, documents, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with customers through email and phone calls
Arrange payments and help find account solutions
Send and receive documents for account updates
Meet weekly call and collection targets
Complete skip tracing tasks as needed

Requirements:
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Comfort using Microsoft Office, softphones, and CRM systems
One to two years administrative or customer service experience preferred
French and English bilingualism is an asset
