This Day Service Co-Worker position provides support and care within a group or workshop setting. Available full time and part time roles focus on supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism. Co-Workers work primarily within one key group while providing support across all groups. The work includes individual and small-group support, based on each member’s needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide support and care to adults with learning disabilities
Support adults with autism in Day Service activities
Enable participation in meaningful work and skill development
Work primarily within one key group
Support individuals or groups of up to three members

Requirements:
Ability to provide support across all groups
Ability to provide one-to-one support when needed
Ability to support small shared groups
Willingness to work in group or workshop settings

Provide adaptable individual and group support while helping Day Service members develop skills through meaningful work.
