Lead Mac Ewan University’s Faculty of Health and Community Studies through strategic planning, academic leadership, and collaborative decision-making in Edmonton.Reporting to the Provost and Vice-President, Academic, the Dean directs the Faculty’s academic and administrative work. This full-time continuing appointment requires leadership across teaching, research, student success, and external relations. The successful candidate advances Indigeneity and reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusion, innovation, and community partnership.Key Responsibilities: Develop and articulate a vision aligned with Mac Ewan’s values and goalsManage Faculty financial and human resourcesPromote teaching, research, scholarship,
