Working with business and technical teams, the student will gain hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution delivery, user adoption, and operational support.The role also provides exposure to application support, issue investigation, process improvement, and enterprise technology initiatives that drive business outcomes.What this Role is about:Business Analysis & Process ImprovementGather and document business requirements.Analyze and improve business processes.Create process maps, workflows, and functional documentation.Support stakeholder interviews and workshops.Assist with root cause analysis and solution recommendations.Participate in discovery, requirements gathering, and solution design activities.Support backlog management, prioritization, and project coordination.Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process documentation.Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout delivery.Testing & DeploymentDevelop and execute UAT test scenarios.Track and validate defects.Support deployment readiness, communications, training,
