12+ years in data science and AI/ML Enterprise experience moving AI systems from research to production Hands-on LLM, RAG, orchestration, embeddings, and tool-calling experience Robust Python, MLOps, software engineering, and system design skills Experience leading large, multi-team technical programs Bring principal-level data science leadership, agentic AI expertise, and enterprise delivery judgment to Robots and Pencils remotely across Canada.
