Drive fund development for Theatre Network in Edmonton through sponsorship, fundraising, and grant coordination alongside event planning responsibilities.

The Business Development Coordinator works with and reports to Theatre Network’s Artistic Director/Executive Director. This permanent, full time position supports fund development, event planning, administration, and some facility management. The work includes supporting the annual springtime fundraiser and helping Theatre Network rebuild where the Roxy Theatre once stood.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate sponsorship, fundraising, and grant development activities
Plan events, including the annual springtime fundraiser
Generate and manage contracts for Theatre Network




Administer budgets and related business operations
Share facility management responsibilities with the Operations Manager

Requirements:
Management experience in a relevant qualified setting
Excellent written and communications skills
Knowledge of business operations and administration
Comfort working in a team-based atmosphere
Availability for variable hours, evenings, and weekends
