The Production Machine Operator supports protected, efficient aluminum finishing through associated equipment operation. This position follows work orders, monitors tank conditions, verifies parts, and records process parameters accurately. Key Responsibilities:
Operate overhead hoists through the aluminum finishing process
Follow work orders and required process parameters
Monitor tank levels, temperatures, cathodes, and rinse tanks
Troubleshoot equipment and quality issues
Maintain clean, safe work areas and address spills

Requirements:
Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
Secure Operator Hoist Training
Two to three years manufacturing experience
Good communication and organization skills
