you will have the opportunity to:Develop and standardize best practices for rubber processing and shapingSupport process technicians in developing formulations and scaling up new productsLead technical development efforts when new products exceed current standards or knowledgeConduct root cause analyses for complex investigations and propose sustainable corrective and preventive actionsActively participate in the commissioning and validation of new equipment and processesLead the conduct of risk analyses (PFMEA) and the implementation of measures to reduce process risksParticipate in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement projects to optimize manufacturing processesEnsure the maintenance, updating, and continuous improvement of technical documentation in accordance with the quality management systemDo you see yourself in this position?
