Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Immigration Lawyer for a specialized cross-border legal services client in Vancouver, BC. This individual will manage a diverse portfolio of Canadian immigration matters, advising clients on immigration strategies, applications, admissibility, compliance, and appeals. The lawyer will prepare legal submissions, conduct research, represent clients before relevant authorities and tribunals, and manage cases from assessment through resolution. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced immigration lawyer who values client service and wants exposure to sophisticated U. S./Canada cross-border matters. Canadian licensure is required, while the ability to practice law in the U. S. is a solid asset.Day-to-Day:Advise clients on Canadian immigration options, strategies, and legal requirementsConduct assessments and handle immigration applications and appealsPrepare and review applications and supporting documentationConduct legal research and draft legal opinions, submissions, and correspondenceRepresent clients before applicable immigration authorities and tribunalsManage active case files, deadlines, and filing requirementsProvide clients with proactive updates on case progress and next stepsCollaborate with colleagues on complex U. S./Canada cross-border mattersSkills and RequirementsLicensed to practice law in Canada5+ years experience practicing Canadian immigration lawExperience advising clients on immigration applications, admissibility,



compliance, and appealsStrong legal research, analytical, and legal writing skillsExperience preparing applications, submissions, opinions, and supporting documentationStrong client-facing communication and expectation-management skillsAbility to independently manage multiple files, deadlines, and competing prioritiesHigh attention to detail and accuracy in legal documentationLicensed to practice law in the United StatesStrong familiarity with U.
