Ontario Bridging Training Programs seeks an Intake Coordinator for temporary full time leave coverage through November 2027. The position supports Newcomer Women’s Services Toronto programs from Fairview. Responsibilities include answering enquiries, assessing client needs, booking appointments, entering data, and maintaining accurate records. The role also coordinates referrals, schedules, workshops, employer accounts, and client communications.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage reception, telephone calls, and walk-in enquiries
Assess client needs and provide internal program referrals
Book intakes, information sessions, and workshops




Update client profiles in CAMS and Internal OS
Prepare reports, forms, files, and office resources

Requirements:
Community College diploma in Business Administration
Two years’ experience in community services or related fields
Knowledge of newcomer settlement and Employment Ontario sectors
Working knowledge of Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Solid communication, cultural sensitivity, and confidentiality
