The position focuses on residential transactions, with some commercial experience considered an asset. Mortgage work for lenders and borrowers, BC Online, myLTSA, Worldox, and e-filing knowledge are required.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct title searches and review title documents
Draft and register Land Title Office forms
Coordinate closing matters with real estate specialists
Arrange deposits of trust funds and trust payments




Report transaction completion to clients and third parties

Requirements:
Three to five-plus years of relevant real estate law experience
Expertise in residential real estate transactions
Experience acting for mortgage lenders and borrowers
Proficiency in BC Online, Worldox, and myLTSA
