Teach elementary students in person at Oxford Learning Burlington North, guiding language, social studies, and broader academic skills. Part time hours include evenings and Saturday mornings.

As a part-time Elementary Teacher-Tutor, you will support Kindergarten to Grade 9 students using Oxford Learning methodologies. Lessons are pre-planned, and training covers the company’s proprietary philosophy and methods. You will work with up to three students at different levels while building their understanding and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:
Teach up to three students at different levels
Guide language and social studies skill development
Follow Oxford Learning methodologies and philosophies
Complete post-lesson notes after instruction
Maintain a friendly, skilled manner

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification
Kindergarten to Grade 9 tutoring experience
Strong English written and oral communication
Knowledge of the current Kindergarten to Grade 9 curriculum
Ability to commute to Burlington and complete vulnerable sector screening
