Shape strategic HR support at Air Canada as a Human Resources Business Partner advising leaders across corporate, commercial, and operational branches. Bilingual English and French communication is required.

Reporting to the Senior Director Human Resources, you will oversee human resources for assigned clients and drive business results. The work includes strategic advice, complex issue resolution, policy application, organizational design, and change management. You will also support talent and employee lifecycle activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Determine HR requirements with Branch Heads and Senior Director
Coach leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures
Improve team effectiveness, organizational design, and structure




Develop succession plans supporting organizational restructuring and talent programs
Lead HR projects and provide options for business objectives

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, or related field
Minimum five years of skilled HR experience
Experience in an HR generalist role
Robust communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
