Maintain apartment buildings across Prince Edward Island with VIDA using repair, renovation, and property maintenance skills. Support secure, clean, well-run communities through responsive service.

As a Maintenance Technician on VIDA’s Building Services Team, you will service approximately 225 units across eight to ten buildings. The work includes apartment repairs, unit turns, common-area upgrades, inspections, vendor coordination, and resident communication. You will work with maintenance colleagues, Building Ambassadors, Community Contractors, and the Support Centre.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and complete unit turns across assigned properties
Complete resident-requested repairs using technology platforms
Inspect building envelopes and systems routinely
Review vendors,



approve invoices, and manage team budgets
Recruit, train, and support Community Contractors

Requirements:
Several years maintaining multifamily residential buildings
Flooring, painting, drywall, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical skills
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Robust communication and cooperative working abilities
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
