The role provides leadership across administrative, financial, and general operations while supporting audience and community engagement. Key Responsibilities:
Provide organizational leadership and operational management
Oversee administration, facilities, finances, and patron engagement
Advance and execute strategic direction with organizational leadership




Support marketing and community engagement initiatives
Coordinate labour, inventory, capital, and maintenance requirements

Requirements:
Minimum five years of progressive management experience
Minimum two years of theatre management or equivalent experience
Robust command of business and financial theatre operations
Understanding of grants and fund development
Excellent written, oral, and presentation communication skills
