About the role

Enhance safety-critical powertrain components production as a CNC Technician at Pangeo Group in Windsor, Ontario. Operate Mazak machines, troubleshoot, and ensure quality compliance while working in a full time role.

As a CNC Technician, you will be integral to high-volume automotive manufacturing, with a focus on both Mazak Vertical Machining Centers and CNC lathes. Key responsibilities include programming EIA/ISO G-code, operating and optimizing equipment, and managing tooling processes. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with quality standards and collaborating with production teams to meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities
Set up and operate Mazak Vertical Machining Centers
Create and troubleshoot EIA/ISO G-code programs
Monitor machining processes for stability and controls
Support tooling management and preventive maintenance
Participate in quality audits and root cause analysis

Requirements
Minimum 5 years CNC machining experience
Experience with Mazak machines and CNC turning equipment
Solid knowledge of programming and tooling setups
Ability to read engineering blueprints and GD&T;
Experience with robotic machine tending systems preferred
