Join Real Canadian Superstore as a Department Manager in Training. The role includes a development program to prepare you to lead a department and deliver robust customer and business results.

Responsibilities
Learn to oversee day-to-day department operations, customer service, and business performance.
Lead, coach, and develop colleagues; support engagement, retention, and an inclusive workplace.
Manage merchandising, inventory, pricing, stocking, and replenishment.
Maintain operational, safety, audit, and compliance standards.
Work with store leaders on business priorities, labour management, and continuous improvement.





Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Previous retail management experience is an asset.
Leadership, organization, and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and knowledge of retail operations.
Ability to work nights and weekends, lift up to 50 pounds, and stand for extended periods.

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year.
