At Lids Sports Group, the Assistant Store Manager supports every aspect of store performance. This role manages associates, delivers training, supports scheduling, and helps achieve sales targets and key performance indicators. You will also guide customer experiences, visual merchandising, inventory management, and daily operations while the Store Manager is absent.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as manager on duty during Store Manager absences
Manage associates through training, goals, and follow-up
Lead selling strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Resolve customer feedback,



escalations, and urgent requests
Open and close stores according to operating procedures

Requirements:
Ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss
Robust interpersonal and transparent skilled verbal communication skills
Ability to work unsupervised
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to operate computers and mobile point-of-sale systems

Support Lids teams and customers with retail leadership, sales execution, training, and operational expertise across store activities.
