Lead corporate storytelling and media strategy as Lightspeed’s Senior Public Relations Manager in Montreal on a 13-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Director of Public Relations, you will shape North American and Quebec narratives. The role combines executive counsel, media relations, writing, and cross-functional communications leadership. Your work will influence media, customers, partners, and stakeholders. Develop corporate and industry stories across North America and Quebec Build reporter and influencer relationships in technology and business Lead proactive media engagement, pitching, and spokesperson preparation Write, edit, and produce external communications materials Advise executives on issues, crises,



and reputational considerations Requirements:

Seven or more years in public relations or corporate communications Exceptional writing and editing skills for diverse audiences Canadian media landscape knowledge; Quebec expertise is an asset Experience advising senior leaders and influencing stakeholders English fluency required; French bilingualism is an asset Bring strategic storytelling, media expertise, executive counsel, and communications judgment to Lightspeed’s Montreal-based public relations team.
