Reporting to the Food Store Manager, this manager oversees the Grocery Department while building relationships with Members and Guests. The work combines performance management, talent development, scheduling, ordering, inventory control, and merchandising. It also supports Boundary Co-op’s “You’re at Home Here” brand promise.

Key Responsibilities:
Build Member and Guest relationships while monitoring satisfaction
Lead recruitment, onboarding, engagement, and performance management
Manage scheduling, ordering, inventory, merchandising, and safety
Oversee product production, packaging,



presentation, and food preparation
Manage sales, margins, labour costs, expenses, and contribution

Requirements:
Exceptional Guest service skills
Previous Guest Service or leadership experience
Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively with others
Availability for adaptable days, evenings, and weekends
