As part of CIBC’s Personal and Business Banking Team, you will provide first-line client support in a banking centre. You will answer questions, assist with transactions, explain banking products, and guide clients through digital banking options. This regular role offers 15 weekly hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Help clients manage accounts and banking products
Assist with everyday banking transactions
Complete sales of basic banking products
Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
Refer clients to appropriate CIBC specialists
Requirements:
