Entrepreneurial to our core, our talented team members transcend obstacles into opportunities and are successfully transforming mid-market business practices.Responsibilities Develop and maintain product strategies and roadmaps that align business priorities, user needs and technology considerationsPartner with business and technology leaders to understand needs, establish priorities and translate strategic objectives into clear product outcomesLead product discovery by gathering user insights, understanding business processes and identifying opportunities to improve products, workflows and experiencesCollaborate with UX, architecture, development and other cross-functional teams to evaluate solutions and translate business needs into clear, prioritized product requirementsLead the agentic and traditional product lifecycle from discovery and planning through delivery, rollout, adoption and continuous improvementManage product roadmaps and backlogs, ensuring stakeholders have visibility into priorities, decisions and expected outcomesFacilitate discussions and working sessions that build alignment,
