Harbor is seeking an HR Business Partner to join our growing team. The HRBP serves as a relationship manager with Harbor employees, managers, and leaders, providing holistic HR support to select business units.

The role operates remotely with EST/CST hours from Canada or the United States, reporting to the VP of Talent. A data-driven approach will help improve engagement, retention and performance across Harbor’s quick-growing setting.
