As Environmental Services staff with Alberta Health Services, you will clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical areas. Duties support patients, residents, visitors, and staff while following Infection Prevention and Control standards. The work includes hospitals or facilities, with minimal supervision in a busy workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Clean and disinfect clinical and non-clinical healthcare settings
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
Empty hazardous waste and replenish supplies
Clean operating rooms, pharmacies, ceilings,



and windows
Identify hazards and report them to the Working Leader

Requirements:
Completion of Grade 10 or equivalent
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
Ability to lift 25 pounds and push or pull 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment
