As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will supervise staff and support recruitment, training, coaching, and ongoing management. You will lead weddings, conferences, and signature events while assisting cocktail creation, menu development, inventory, billing, and guest issue resolution. The position requires organized leadership across multiple outlets.
